Grate Magnet (Magnetic Bar)

1.Applications: Magnetic bar is widely applied in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, food industry, recycling industry, textile industry, water treatment and other liquid(hydro-material) separation application. It makes product stream free flowing products to come in directly contact with the grate. When anything containing iron substances passes through the framework, Iron particles are attracted to the bar magnets by magnetic fields. By this solution, your equipment and facilities will be protected, while your products will be safe for consumption.

2.Material: Neodymium magnet and Stainless steel (SUS 304L, SUS316, SUS 316L)

3.Shape:round shape and square shape, It's constructed by a row of magnetic bars which are fixed by frames in various shape. It can be square, rectangle, round, oval, triangle, rhombus or irregular polygon, to suit for different position. Center distance of bars is usually 2 inches.

4. The magnetic strength grade: 2000Gs, 3000Gs, 6000Gs, 8000Gs,10000Gs, 12000Gs;

5. Working temperature grade: ≤80ºC, 100ºC, 120ºC, 150ºC, 180ºC, 200ºC, 250ºC, 300ºC ;

7.Notes: Magnetic bar is easy to be loaded and removed due to many standard threads on its top two ends. Those threads can be M6, M8, M12, etc.
